Mommy, Daddy, Po-Po, Tachi and I piled into the swagger wagon and make our annual trek up to Grandma and Grandpa's house for Thanksgiving dinner. I got to play with Ethan (and his toys), Bubba (grandma's bulldog) and Uncle Jeff. He taught me how to bump downstairs on my bottom and pushed me down the stairs in the laundry basket! Too bad we don't have stairs at home so I can practice both at home.
We had a feast! Spam musubi, egg rolls, deviled eggs (I had this for the first time...yum!), green salad, turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, green beans and candied yams. And there was dessert! For dessert we had jello, 6 pies and tiramisu. I got to try cheesecake for the first time. D-lish!! Mommy and Daddy were so busy stuffing their faces that she didn't get a chance to take a pic of all the food.
It was great to spend time with family, especially family that I don't get to see very often like Uncle Tom, Auntie Kathy, Uncle Bruce and Auntie Bridget. Happy Thanksgiving everyone!

Disneyland!
What a fun week! We went on a family vacation to Disneyland! This wasn't just any old family vacation. It was extra special because Grandma and Grandpa Tai, Uncle Jeff, Auntie Jeanette and cousin Ethan came with us. It was also my first visit to Disneyland. Ethan's already a pro because he got to go when he was just 2 months old. Here's a recap of our trip:
Monday (11/14): Mommy, Daddy and I piled into the swagger wagon for the long drive to Disneyland. I did pretty good on the drive down...only broke down for about 30 minutes in the morning. We stopped for lunch at Denny's in the middle of no where. After lunch Mommy sat in the back and played with me. Then she moved to the front so I'd take a nap, which I did. Eventually we made it to Disneyland and met up with Uncle Jeff, Auntie Jeanette, Ethan, Grandma and Grandpa. Our "room" (it was actually more like a 2 bedroom apartment) was really nice. We had a great view of Disney California Adventure and watched the World of Color show from our room.
Tuesday (11/15): We met up wi
th Oliver and his crew (Auntie Christie, Uncle Brian, great Auntie Jill, great Uncle Keith) for breakfast at Goofy's Kitchen. We hung out with Goofy, Pluto, Snow White, Mulan, Chip (from Chip & Dale), and one of the Bears from Country Bear Jamboree (I think). After breakfast, we all headed to Disneyland, which was all decked out for the holidays. I rode Dumbo, King Arthur's Carrousel, Mr. Toad's
Wild Ride (I didn't like that one) and It's a Small World. Then we headed over to A Bug's Land at Disney California Adventure. I rode all the rides, except for the bumper cars (I wasn't tall enough). Grandma and
great Auntie Jill took me and Oliver on the spinning lady bugs - and they didn't even get sick. Go Grandma and great Auntie Jill! On our way back to our room, we rode the Little Mermaid ride. Just when I thought the day couldn't get any better, I got to watch fireworks and experience snow on Main Street. I've never seen fireworks before and was mesmerized by them.
Wednesday (11/16): We h
ad dim sum with great Uncle Tommy and great Auntie May in the morning. After my nap, we went back to Disneyland and rode the Jungle Cruise and took the Disneyland Railroad to Toon Town. I got to meet Mickey Mouse! After meeting Mickey, I rode the spinning teacups 
with Daddy and Uncle Jeff. I LOVED that ride! I cracked up when Uncle Jeff spun the teacups...until he spun it too fast. I had so much fun that I rode it 2 more times. Then we hopped on the Finding Nemo Submarine ride. After dinner, we finished the day with more fireworks and snow.
Thursday (11/17): Uncle Anthony arranged a special event for all of us. We got to go into Disney California Adventure before the park opened and have a guided walking tour of the Little Mermaid
ride. Thanks Uncle Anthony! When the rest of the park opened, I rode Golden Zephyer (4 times!) and Mickey's Fun Wheel. After my nap, we went to Disneyland and rode the Disneyland Railroad through the Grand Canyon and back in time. Then we headed over to California Adventures to watch the World of Color show live. It was neat watching the water and colors, but I liked the fireworks show more.
Friday (11/18): Our last day at Disneyland...boo. I rode the Astro Orbitor with Grandpa, drove cars with Grandma and Daddy at Autotopia, rode the teacups again, saw reindeer and Santa Claus, and rode Winnie the Pooh. Mommy, Daddy and I met up with Sierra, Auntie Joanne and Uncle Dave for dinner. We went to a Peruvian restaurant that had live music. Sierra and I got our groove on and played the maracas. Ready for Baby!
Sometimes Mommy and Daddy talk about baby sis or bro with me. They ask me if I'm ready to have a lil' sis or bro and if I'm going to share my toys and books. I think they're concerned that baby and I won't get along. I dunno why they think that. So to show them that everything's going to be okay, I wrapped one of the dolls at daycare up in a blanket and held it. And I was gentle. I didn't drag her across the floor by it's foot or anything. See, nothing to worry about. I'm ready for baby!

Go Sharks!
I went to my first Sharks game this evening! We got to the Shark Tank really early so we could eat, but when we finished there was still lots of time before the game started. Daddy tried to make me stay at our seats, but I wanted to explore. It was my first game, afterall. Daddy started to think it was a bad idea that he brought me to the game (How dare he?!). Mommy rescued me and took me for a walk in the concession area. There was so much to see and do, that I didn't want to hold mommy's hand. She walks (waddles) slow. So, I broke free and took off! Have you ever seen a 8 month pregnant woman try to chase down a toddler? It's pretty funny. Mommy, however, was not happy with me when she caught me. But I thought it was hi-larious. I lay on the floor cracking up.
By the time we made it back to our seats, the first period had already started. I missed the giant shark head coming down from the sky and the Shark's players skating out of its mouth. To protect my hearing, Daddy brought my earmuffs. They were a gift from Kyden when I was born. It only took Mommy and Daddy a year and half to break them out. I kept them on for most of the game.
Once the game was going, I was fine sitting in Daddy's lap watching the action. The Sharks beat the LA Kings. Mommy and Daddy also got free pizza because they scored 4 goals. I think I'm a lucky charm and should go to more games. Can you help me convince Daddy?

Gilroy Gardens
This weekend was bring a friend free to Gilroy Gardens. So, I invited Henry and his parents to join me in a fun-filled day. Luckily the weather cooperated and the rain stayed away. Mommy and Daddy say this is probably our last visit to Gilroy Gardens for the year. Boo!We had lots of fun riding all my favorite rides -- except Bulgy. Henry really didn't like that one very much. Here's a picture of us on the train (mommy's not in it because she was taking the picture). Thanks for coming out to play with me Henry! Who wants to go back with me next year?
