Choosing a Pediatrician

This is a very important decision...I mean...mommy and daddy are entrusting their beloved son to a complete stranger. Granted that stranger has gone to school for a long time and has seen a bunch of kids before me...

So is it strange that daddy likes this one because he liked the fish tank in the waiting room? Shouldn't there be more to this than that?

Mommy's Obsession

Ever since our last OB appointment, mommy's been obsessing about the fact that the doctor said I was not going to be a small baby. Well, today, she finally got a chance to ask the doctor what she meant by that.

Bottom line - the doctor expects me to be a 7 or 8 pounder! There's another ultrasound planned for next week so we'll know more then.

Hmm...guess I won't be spending too much time in my newborn clothes since they're supposed to be for 5 to 8 pounders! Yay! More shopping!

What else...everything is moving along fine...we start our weekly visits to the doctor...we're in the final stretch!

This was the first time that daddy didn't go to the doctor with mommy and me. He said he was sorry for prioritizing work ahead of the appointment. I hope it doesn't happen again. I missed him.

Anyone Out There?

I was chatting with my buddy Kyden and he said that all sorts of people comment on his blog. Don't get me wrong...I really appreciate all of you who are out there and lurking in the shadows. Sometimes I just need to know that you guys are out there.

Maybe he's just more interesting than I am. I am still half baked.
