Potty time!

When I got home from daycare today, mama told me something special was delivered for me. It was a potty! I know what potties are for because I've been reading Potty Time for Monsters (thanks grandma and grandpa) and Potty with mama and dada.

We also have little potties at daycare. Now that I'm in my new classroom, my teachers ask me if I want to sit on the potty every time I have a diaper change. Sometimes I say yes and sometimes I say no. When I do sit on the potty, I usually go pee-pee. One day, I actually told Ms. Brittney that I had to go pee-pee. So, she put me on the potty and I peed - a lot!  Everyone was really excited, especially me, and proud of me.  After that, mama thought it was time to get a little potty for home.

I got to pick the color of the potty and where to put it. Luckily, I decided to put it in the bathroom and not in the living room. I like to sit on the potty and I even know that I'm supposed to sit on it without a diaper. While I'm not in full-on potty training mode, I usually sit on the potty in the morning, after I wake up, and in the evening, before my bath. After I pee-pee, I pour my pee in the toilet, wipe my potty, throw the toilet paper into the toilet, close the lid and flush.
