Happy Father's Day

According to dada, every day is Father's Day. I should appreciate everything he does for me (and Mason) every day, not just one day out of the year. Well, you know what I think about that? Bah! When's Logan Day? Every day should be Logan Day and dada should appreciate all the happiness and fun that I bring to his life.

We spent the day at grandma and grandpa's house today. I LOVE grandma and grandpa and their house! Sometimes I get their house and uncle Jeff's house confused. It's okay though because they both have toys, I get to see Ethan, and I usually get to eat dessert at both places.

After my nap (yes, I took a nap at grandma and grandpa's house), we went to play outside in the pool. Grandpa wanted to take a picture of dada with me and Mason in the raft. He showed us a picture of him and dada in the same raft in their pool in Arizona. Dada didn't look like dada. Everyone says it's him when he was around 1 year old.

I liked being in the raft, but got kinda bored. So I got out after awhile. Mason really liked it. He stayed in the raft for a long time. He kept moving around and trying to splash the water. Dada did a good job hanging on to his legs so he wouldn't accidentally fall into the pool.

I had so much fun swimming at Aunty Lanny's house that I wanted to swim in grandma and grandpa's pool. Mama said that they didn't bring my swim stuff so I wouldn't be able to swim. Mama's so silly. That's not a problem. I just took off my pants and undies and squated on the steps.

Someone gave mama a kid life vest like the one I used in Florida and mama convinced me to put my undies back on. I'd swim from the steps to where mama sat at the edge of the pool. The water was a cold, like Aunty Lanny's pool. After a while, I started to shiver and mama made me get out. While I toweled off, grandpa went to run a warm bath for me.

Now that I've been introduced to the pool, mama and dada think there's a good possibility that I'll want to swim every time I go to grandma and grandpa's house. That would be so much fun! It will be even more fun when Ethan and Mason can swim too.

Happy Father's Day to all the dad's and grandpa's out there!
